Edit while live, Files on sessions, imports and Analytics
Change the schedule during your event, add slides to sessions with Pro, import a programme from a spreadsheet, and see how many guests opened your Board.
This week's changes keep the schedule right during the event, put slides in guests' hands, and make it quicker to get a programme into CueDuck.
For organisers
- Edit while live: change sessions, speakers, rooms and event details while the event is running, and afterwards until the Board closes. Edits reach guests' phones and the foyer screen within about 10 seconds and tell nobody. Add to Changes posts a notice when you want guests to know.
- Import a programme: bring in a schedule from a CSV in the CueDuck template, or the template saved as Excel. Every row is shown on the timetable before anything is added. A file from another system goes through Match the columns.
- Import your speakers: add speakers from their own file, then put them on sessions from the picker.
- Undo an import: the latest import can be undone for 24 hours, as long as nothing else has changed since.
- Speaker photos on the Schedule: speakers' photos show on the timetable and in Who's speaking.
- A wider calendar: with three or more rooms, the Schedule's calendar uses the full width of the window.
For guests
- Today's rooms on the foyer screen: on an event that runs over several days, a room with nothing more on today no longer takes a card.
- Clearer times: lengths and countdowns read "45 mins" and "1 hr 20 mins".
Pro: Files on sessions
Add PDFs to a session, such as slides, a handout or a reading list: up to three per session, 20 MB each. Guests open them from the session on the Board once it starts. You can add them after the event too, until the Board closes. A paper clip marks the sessions that have files, on your timetable and on the Board.
Pro: Analytics
See how many phones opened your Board each day, and the total, on the Live page and in a new Analytics tab. Each phone counts once a day, however it opened the Board. Only a number is kept, so no one can see who opened it, and your own browser isn't counted.
Files on sessions and Analytics are included in the Event pass and Pro yearly. See Pricing.
